Bullying is unwanted, aggressive behavior among school aged children that involves a real or perceived power imbalance. The behavior is repeated, or has the potential to be repeated, over time.

Of course, parents are their kids' biggest fans.  Here are a few tips for encouraging good attitudes and keeping the game in the right  perspective.

Conduct Counts is coordinated by the Iowa High School Sports Network and the Iowa High School Athletic Association.
